1/ How does it work?
All the pieces on Imparfaite belong to professional vintage sellers located across the four corners of France.
We only select the best, to guarantee you authentic, quality pieces.
Only one shipping method: direct seller shipping
You receive your ordered items so quickly because they are sent directly from our partner sellers.
They have made a commitment to the Imparfaite community to send them to you quickly and in careful packaging.
💡 By selecting several pieces from the same seller, you will save on your shipping costs because the seller will group the items in one package.
2/ One order but several packages?
If you have several products in your order belonging to different sellers, you will receive several packages for the same order.
3/ What is the delivery time for an order?
As soon as your order is placed, we inform the partner seller who owns the piece, who will send you your treasures as soon as possible. The reception time is on average 2 to 5 days after shipment for mainland France. For international shipments, the package shipping time may vary depending on the country of destination. You will receive a tracking number by email to find out where your package is.
4/ How much does delivery cost?
You can directly calculate your delivery costs by entering your country in the checkout page. The cost of delivery may vary depending on the weight of the package and its destination.
- For France: we use Colissimo and Mondial Relay for all our shipments in France.
- For international: the tracked Chronopost shipping option is also available for all orders destined internationally.
NB: For orders outside of the European Union and depending on your country's customs formalities, customs clearance fees may be charged to you by your carrier at the time of delivery of your package. To find out more, contact your country's customs office.
5/ Is it possible to return items?
Yes of course. You can order without fear, returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package (the postmark being taken as proof).
How to proceed?
Simply log on to our website and go to My Account > My Orders, select the order of your choice and click on Return an item.
Then select the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return and validate your return request.
- For France 🇫🇷
Each item for which a return request is made must be returned directly to the seller, without passing through the Imparfaite workshop.
- For returns from Belgium to Belgium 🇧🇪
Big news! Returns are now free for our Belgian customers who wish to make a return on one or more item(s) from Belgium.
- For Europe and International 🌍
If you wish to return an item or several items, it must be sent directly to the seller.
Our customer service will be happy to answer you and explain what to do.
Any return request after the deadline cannot be accepted because after this 14-day period, the professional seller will have been paid for the corresponding sale.
5/ How long does it take to get the refund for my return?
You are refund upon receipt of the returned item at the seller's.
You will then receive a refund notification email, telling you that it has been validated with our payment intermediary Stripe or PayPal (depending on the payment method chosen when placing your order).
The transfer will be effective on your bank account or your PayPal account a few days after receipt of this email. The time it takes to receive the transfer into your bank account may vary depending on your banking establishment and business days.
6/ How much does a return cost me?
Returns are free for mainland France.
However, they are the responsibility of the buyer for any order delivered outside mainland France.
