How am I informed of the refund of my order?

You will receive a refund notification email, telling you that it has been validated with our payment intermediary Stripe or PayPal (depending on the payment method chosen when placing your order).

The transfer will be effective in your bank account within a few days of receipt of this email (this period varies depending on the banking establishment).

If you used PayPal as a payment method, the refund will be immediately visible in your PayPal account after receiving the refund confirmation email.
