Simply log on to our website and go to My Account > My Orders, select the order of your choice and click on Return an item.
Then select the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return and validate your return request.

Each item for which a return request is made must be returned directly to the seller. A prepaid slip will be provided to you by our customer service following your return request by email.
For returns from Belgium to Belgium 🇧🇪
Big news! Upon request by email, a prepaid slip will be provided by our customer service.
For the rest of Europe and Internationally 🌎
If you wish to return a part, it must be sent back directly to the seller. If you wish to return more than one part to us, the parts must be sent to the sellers in different packages respectively. The destination address of your return package(s) will be communicated to you by email following your return request.
